Compliance Review Quarterly Second Issue
The Office of the Compliance Review Panel has now released the 2nd issue of its quarterly e-newsletter, Compliance Review Quarterly. The newsletter covers the Compliance Review Panel's and OCRP's activities during the last quarter of 2009. Included in this year-end issue are CRP's/OCRP's Highlights of 2009 and Challenges for 2010.

How to File a Request for Compliance Review
 People who are directly, materially and adversely affected by an ADB-assisted project during its formulation, processing, or implementation can file a request for compliance review for CRP to investigate noncompliance with ADB's operational policies and procedures.

Join the Compliance Experts
The Compliance Review Panel may require the services of suitably qualified, short-term individual experts to assist the CRP in carrying out compliance review investigation or in monitoring compliance review decisions approved by the ADB Board of Directors.
